Payer Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the centralized payer reporting and enrollment processes, the full-time remote Payer Enrollment Supervisor will manage staff, develop productivity standards, and ensure compliance with payer requirements for a network of hospitals and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise enrollment and reporting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement processes for timely completion of facility and provider enrollments and payer reporting
• Ensure compliance with NCQA, TJC, CMS, and state regulations related to enrollment processes

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Five years of experience in managed care, physician's office practice, or credentialing office
• Seven years of health care industry experience
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of credentialing databases
• Understanding of URAC, NCQA, and TJC standards preferred
