Payer Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and strategic, the full-time remote Payer Enrollment Supervisor will manage the end-to-end payer enrollment lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supervising enrollment staff and serving as a subject matter expert on commercial payer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the payer enrollment and maintenance lifecycle for providers, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Supervise and support payer enrollment staff through training, performance management, and quality review
• Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial payer enrollment, providing guidance and resolving complex issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of payer enrollment experience in a healthcare organization
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
• Deep knowledge of commercial payer enrollment processes and related platforms
• Strong understanding of the interconnection between credentialing, contracting, enrollment, and revenue cycle operations
