Payer Enrollment Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Payer Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete health plan enrollment requests from application retrieval to notifying clients upon request completion
• Lead and develop a team of Payer Enrollment Coordinators and Specialists, managing performance and growth targets
• Manage and improve systems that support the team's processes, including proprietary and public tools

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of payer enrollment experience, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Experience in establishing and improving team performance metrics
• Expertise in using GSuites tools including GSheets and GDocs
• Provider Enrollment Specialist Certificate (PESC) is a plus
