Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end launch of regional payer products, the full-time remote Payer GTM Specialist will develop sales enablement collateral and ensure internal teams have the necessary tools to drive enrollment.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive the creation of payer-specific marketing materials and maintain knowledge of product features and value-based care terms
  • Manage a portfolio of payer products and specialized projects, overseeing timelines and deliverables from contract signature to market activation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product readiness and alignment with growth targets, while reporting on product and campaign performance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or go-to-market execution
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
  • Direct experience in Payer Contracting/Value Based Care is preferred
