Payer Integration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Workflow & Integration Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on payer workflows, system integrations, and data flows
• Advise implementation teams and customers on solutions within complex payer environments
• Identify risks and recommend solutions during the implementation lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience with health plan (payer) systems and operations
• Hands-on experience with healthcare implementations and system integrations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end healthcare workflows in payer settings
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and operational stakeholders
