Payer Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing the onboarding and implementation of health plan partners, the full-time Payer Operations Manager will oversee credentialing and payer enrollment, contract onboarding, and fee schedule accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the payer onboarding and implementation process, ensuring timely and accurate setup across internal teams
• Establish and improve workflows to design scalable processes that support efficient operations
• Diagnose operational inefficiencies by analyzing data and recommending targeted improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in payer operations, credentialing, provider enrollment, or revenue cycle operations
• Proven project management skills with experience in leading implementations or onboarding processes
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with fee schedule management, EDI/EFT setup, and credentialing is a plus
