Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payer Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to monitor payer operations' health and performance
- Identify implementation requirements, risks, and milestones for new payer launches
- Document Payer Operations requirements, workflows, and SOP for regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering, analytics, and healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience with project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
