Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Relations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with insurance payers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for skilled nursing services
  • Verify patient insurance benefits, obtain prior authorizations, and resolve issues related to insurance coverage
  • Collaborate with admissions, billing, and clinical teams to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and optimize revenue cycle outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of three years of prior related experience required
  • Prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player
  • Eligibility & Authorization experience is necessary
