Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with insurance payers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement
• Verify patient insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations
• Collaborate with admissions, billing, and clinical teams to ensure compliance and optimize revenue cycle outcomes

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of five years of prior related experience required
• Prior experience in payroll in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
• Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player
