Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Payer Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment process, including credentialing and payer contracting readiness
• Serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment, billing processes, and compliance requirements
• Prepare and submit enrollment and credentialing applications for providers and healthcare facilities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider enrollment, billing, or credentialing
• Working knowledge of commercial and government insurance payers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing/enrollment software systems
• Strong customer service orientation
