Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Strategy and Implementation Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic implementations and operations with key payer partners
• Solve first-of-its-kind challenges and build new cross-functional processes
• Identify trends and insights to drive success of partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, operational management, or strategy and operations
• Experience owning complex analytical and/or operational implementations from end-to-end
• Resourceful and able to thrive in ambiguity
• Strong operational management skills
• Passionate about improving access to mental healthcare
