A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy COB Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze claims, member, and group data to identify recoverable claims
• Utilize proprietary software tools to conduct member investigations and document findings
• Prepare responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Coordination of Benefits preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
