Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy COB Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze claims, member, and group data to identify recoverable claims
• Utilize proprietary software tools to conduct member investigations and input claim recovery information
• Prepare responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Coordination of Benefits, preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with large datasets and diverse databases is advantageous
