Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze claims, member, and group data to identify recoverable claims
• Utilize proprietary software tools to conduct thorough investigations and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Coordination of Benefits preferred
• Previous experience within the organization recommended for internal candidates
