Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze claims and member data to identify recoverable claims
• Utilize audit tools to conduct member investigations and document findings
• Prepare responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Coordination of Benefits preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with large datasets and diverse databases is beneficial
