• Review and analyze claims, member, and group data to identify recoverable claims
• Utilize proprietary audit tools to conduct thorough investigations and document findings
• Prepare responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with large datasets and diverse databases is advantageous
