Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze claims and member data to identify recoverable claims
• Utilize proprietary audit tools to conduct thorough investigations and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare
• Experience with Coordination of Benefits is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Enthusiasm for working with large datasets and diverse databases
