Job Summary

As a full-time Payment Accuracy COB Specialist, this position will manage complex audit projects, provide subject matter expertise, and collaborate with various teams to enhance client outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts advanced audits and quality checks, ensuring compliance with CMS and NAIC guidelines
• Shares knowledge and provides mentorship to junior specialists, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and innovation in audit practices and reporting

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-4 years of related healthcare experience
• 1-2 years of experience with Cotiviti recommended for internal candidates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with large data sets and databases
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Coordination of Benefits
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze complex data for discrepancies and trends
