Payment Accuracy COB Specialist

Job Summary

Working full-time, the Payment Accuracy COB Specialist will review and analyze claims and member data to identify recoverable claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while utilizing proprietary software tools to support the claim recovery process.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze claims and member data to establish the correct order of liability
• Utilize Cotiviti audit tools to conduct thorough member investigations and document findings
• Prepare responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare
• Experience with Coordination of Benefits preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of auditing standards and regulations
