Job Summary
Working full-time, the Payment Accuracy COB Specialist will review and analyze claims and member data to identify recoverable claims while utilizing proprietary software tools and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze claims and member data to establish the correct order of liability
- Utilize Cotiviti audit tools to conduct thorough member investigations and document findings
- Prepare responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits is preferred
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with large datasets and diverse databases is advantageous
