Payment Accuracy COB Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Payment Accuracy COB Specialist will review and analyze claims and member data to identify recoverable claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze claims and member data to establish the correct order of liability
• Utilize Cotiviti audit tools to conduct thorough member investigations and document findings
• Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare or Cotiviti roles
• Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits and healthcare industry practices preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Enthusiasm for working with large datasets and diverse databases
