Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Payment Accuracy COB Specialist, this role involves reviewing and analyzing claims and group data to identify recoverable claims, establishing correct liability orders, and inputting data into proprietary software while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze claims and member data to determine the correct order of liability
• Utilize Cotiviti audit tools to conduct thorough member investigations and document findings accurately
• Prepare responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with at least one year of related healthcare experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Coordination of Benefits, is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and discrepancies
• Strong understanding of auditing standards and regulations in the healthcare sector
