A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit client data to generate recoverable claims and assist in complex audit projects
• Utilize audit tools and Microsoft Excel to analyze claims for compliance and accuracy
• Participate in knowledge sharing and onboarding new hires while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience in healthcare preferred
• Experience with Medicaid Claims is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interest in working with large data sets and databases
