Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Payment Accuracy Specialist 2, this role will develop and execute audit concepts, train team members, and conduct complex audits to ensure payment integrity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develops new audit concepts and trains team members to execute audit projects effectively
- Conducts audits of client data to identify recoverable claims and evaluates the effectiveness of audit processes
- Collaborates with Engineering to enhance auditing tools and reporting efficiencies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-6 years of related healthcare experience
- At least 3-4 years of experience within Cotiviti recommended for internal candidates
- Strong knowledge of claim adjustments, provider contracts, and payment integrity in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous SQL experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and various databases
