Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1 (Coordination of Benefits).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze multi-client impacts and complex member selections to identify recoverable Coordination of Benefit claims
- Input accurate claim recovery information into proprietary software tools and assist with related inquiries during the claim recovery process
- Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting and research processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare
- Healthcare industry experience, specifically knowledge of Coordination of Benefits
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience within the organization is recommended for internal candidates
