Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1 (Coordination of Benefits).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze multi-client impacts and complex member selections to identify recoverable Coordination of Benefit claims
  • Input accurate claim recovery information into proprietary software tools and assist with related inquiries during the claim recovery process
  • Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting and research processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare
  • Healthcare industry experience, specifically knowledge of Coordination of Benefits
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience within the organization is recommended for internal candidates
