Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit concepts, providing training and mentorship to team members
• Conduct audits on client data to identify compliance issues and generate recoverable claims
• Collaborate with Engineering to enhance auditing tools and reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-6 years of related experience in healthcare preferred
• 3-4 years of experience within the company recommended for internal candidates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous SQL experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare industry experience, including knowledge of claims and reimbursement policies
