Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate audit concepts while training team members to execute audit projects
• Conduct audits on client data to generate recoverable claims and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance auditing tools and reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-6 years of related healthcare experience
• 3-4 years of experience within the company recommended for internal candidates
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in claim adjustments and reimbursement policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous SQL experience strongly preferred
• Strong interest in working with large data sets and various databases
