Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1 (Coordination of Benefits).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze multi-client impacts and complex member selections to identify recoverable Coordination of Benefit claims
- Utilize proprietary software tools to input accurate claim recovery information and assist with related inquiries
- Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting and research processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits is required
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience recommended for internal candidates
