Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and evaluates audit concepts while training team members to execute audit projects
• Conducts audits on client data to identify recoverable claims and ensures adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Collaborates with Engineering to enhance auditing tools and reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-6 years of related experience in healthcare
• Experience with claim adjustments, provider contracts, and reimbursement policies preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous SQL experience strongly preferred
• 3-4 years of experience with the company recommended for internal candidates
