Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1 (Coordination of Benefits).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze complex member selections and multi-client impacts to identify recoverable Coordination of Benefit claims
- Utilize proprietary audit tools to conduct member investigations and input accurate claim recovery information
- Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits is required
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience with the company recommended for internal candidates
