Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1 (Coordination of Benefits).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze complex member selections and multi-client impacts to identify recoverable Coordination of Benefit claims
  • Utilize proprietary audit tools to conduct member investigations and input accurate claim recovery information
  • Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare
  • Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits is required
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with the company recommended for internal candidates
