Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits on client data to generate recoverable claims and evaluate audit effectiveness
• Utilize audit tools and healthcare experience to perform advanced audit procedures and strategic analysis of claims
• Train and mentor less-tenured team members while developing new audit concepts and processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-6 years of related experience in healthcare
• 3-4 years of experience within the company is recommended for internal candidates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous SQL experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare industry knowledge, including claim adjustments and reimbursement policies, is strongly preferred
