Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1 (Coordination of Benefits).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze multi-client impacts and complex member selections to identify recoverable Coordination of Benefit claims
- Input accurate claim recovery information and assist with inquiries throughout the claim recovery process
- Utilize proprietary software tools to conduct member investigations and prepare responses to client disputes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare
- Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of Coordination of Benefits required
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- 1-2 years of experience with the company recommended for internal candidates
