Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1 (Coordination of Benefits).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze multi-client impacts and complex member selections to identify recoverable Coordination of Benefit claims
  • Input accurate claim recovery information and assist with inquiries throughout the claim recovery process
  • Utilize proprietary software tools to conduct member investigations and prepare responses to client disputes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare
  • Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of Coordination of Benefits required
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
  • 1-2 years of experience with the company recommended for internal candidates
