Payment Accuracy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit client data and generate high-quality recoverable claims
• Utilize audit tools and systems to identify and document over and under-payments of claims
• Participate in onboarding new hires and contribute to knowledge sharing within the audit team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience in healthcare
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid Claims, is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Interest in working with large data sets and various databases
