Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate audit concepts, gaining client acceptance and training team members
• Conduct audits on client data to identify recoverable claims and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide mentorship and training to less-tenured team members while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-6 years of related experience in healthcare
• 3-4 years of experience with the organization recommended for internal candidates
• Knowledge of claim adjustments, provider contracts, and reimbursement policies preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL experience strongly preferred
