Payment Accuracy Specialist

Job Summary

Working under limited supervision, the full-time Payment Accuracy Specialist will review and analyze multi-client impacts and complex member selections to identify recoverable Coordination of Benefit claims while utilizing proprietary software tools remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze data to establish the correct order of liability for clients' members
• Run and establish queries and filters for data reporting and member investigations
• Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of related experience in healthcare, with knowledge of Coordination of Benefits
• At least 1-2 years of experience with Cotiviti recommended for internal candidates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong interest in working with large data sets and various databases
