Payment Accuracy Specialist

Job Summary

Working under limited supervision, the full-time Payment Accuracy Specialist will analyze multi-client impacts and complex member selections to identify recoverable Coordination of Benefit claims while utilizing proprietary software tools in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze data to establish the correct order of liability for clients' members
• Run queries and filters to construct data reports and assist with claim recovery inquiries
• Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of related experience in healthcare, particularly in Coordination of Benefits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Cotiviti tools or similar audit software is recommended
• Strong interest in working with large data sets and various databases
