Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare recovery team, the full-time Payment Accuracy Specialist 2 will develop and evaluate audit concepts, conduct client data audits, and mentor junior team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new audit concepts and train team members on executing audit projects
  • Conduct audits of client data to identify recoverable claims and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance auditing tools and reporting efficiency
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-6 years of related healthcare experience
  • 3-4 years of experience at Cotiviti recommended for internal candidates
  • Strong knowledge of claim adjustments, provider contracts, and payment integrity in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with previous SQL experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends or discrepancies effectively
