Key responsibilities
- Conducts advanced audits and quality checks on healthcare data to identify discrepancies and overpayments
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), sharing knowledge and guiding junior specialists in their roles
- Utilizes Cotiviti audit tools to perform member investigations and prepares responses to client disputes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of related experience in healthcare, with a focus on Coordination of Benefits
- 1-2 years of experience with Cotiviti recommended
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong interest in working with large data sets and various databases
