A company is looking for a Payment Allocation Specialist (LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

Improve and maintain the payment data template for partner details
Support automation of cash allocation from payment agent settlements into accounting systems
Develop an enhanced payment-instruction guide for Account Managers to minimize allocation delays

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in operations or payments, preferably with LATAM payment systems
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong background in workflow optimization and financial reporting tools
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese and additional languages are a plus
