Payment Analyst is a full-time position responsible for ensuring timely payments to providers related to claims management across various business lines, focusing on process validation and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and process insurance claims and extended warranty payments
• Enhance operational processes and workflows
• Develop metrics and KPIs, analyzing and implementing key actions for compliance and improvement

Required Qualifications

• University degree
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Over 3 years of experience in operations or back office roles within multinational companies
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
