Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment & Credit Analyst (Electronic), Cash Posting, Days, Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and post payments from remittances for all facilities
• Analyze and resolve remittance payments, ensuring accuracy in posting
• Research and resolve patient accounts with credit balances and prepare refunds

Required Qualifications

• Three years of experience in medical cash payment, collections, or billing
• Proficiency in EPIC Medical Records Systems, MS Word, and Excel applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks and understand explanation of benefits and patient statements
• Proficient in the use of office equipment such as computers and fax machines
• Certification as a Professional Coder is desired
