A company is looking for a Payment Application Specialist responsible for resolving payment posting issues and applying incoming records to patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve payment posting issues within the Athena system
• Apply unpostable records to the correct patient accounts and ensure accurate payment application
• Collaborate with teams to provide technical support and improve payment processing efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with personal computer hardware and software in a Windows environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work efficiently in a multi-task environment
• Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
