Payment Application Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Payment Application.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the designated area within the Corporate Business Office, ensuring timely billing processing
• Oversee functions related to the accurate posting of insurance and patient payments, including cash application and reconciliation
• Build and maintain relationships with departments to resolve patient inquiries and manage self-pay credit balances

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Two years of experience with healthcare accounts receivable required
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations and third-party billing regulations preferred
• Experience with insurance billing and patient accounting systems preferred
• Ability to manage and lead multiple tasks simultaneously
