Payment Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Compliance and Contract Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze contract reimbursement, identifying variances and trends to maximize reimbursement
• Manage underpayment appeals and collaborate with payers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Compile and present data on payment trends, making recommendations for revenue cycle improvements

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required
• Associate Degree or higher preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in revenue cycle management, contract compliance, or healthcare reimbursement analysis required
• Strong understanding of managed care and government contracts
• Knowledge of medical coding systems and reimbursement structures
