Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Compliance and Contract Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze contract reimbursement to identify variances and trends in underpayments, overpayments, and revenue leakage
• Manage underpayment appeals and collaborate with payers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Compile and present data on payment trends, providing recommendations for revenue cycle improvements

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in revenue cycle management, contract compliance, or healthcare reimbursement analysis required
