Payment Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Cycle Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct systemic and targeted analysis to identify reimbursement errors and determine root causes
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure comprehensive test scripts and lead special projects to resolve payment discrepancies
• Develop business requirements for payment decisions and validate test results prior to production changes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of health plan experience or equivalent experience with health plan operations
• Experience with user testing is required
• Preferred experience with payment methodologies and industry pricers (e.g., DRG, APC, SNF, RBRVS)
• Understanding of regression, unit, and user acceptance testing is required
