Payment Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time salaried Payment Cycle Analyst IV will conduct systemic and targeted analyses to identify reimbursement errors, support contracting implementations, and lead initiatives focused on improving payment processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses to identify reimbursement errors and recommend improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with various teams to document and validate requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead multiple initiatives and mentor junior analysts while providing analytical support for special projects related to claims reimbursement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of seven years of health plan experience or equivalent operations and configuration experience
• Experience with user testing and payment methodologies preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of claims operations, configuration, and testing related to managed care
