Payment Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Integrity Analyst - Coordination of Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and validate other insurance coverage and establish the correct order of liability
• Contact third parties to confirm coverage information and document verification steps
• Track outcomes and identify root causes of COB issues to recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or one year of related healthcare experience
• Minimum of one year of experience performing COB investigations and/or payment integrity casework
• Minimum of one year of experience performing data analytics with large data sets
• Working knowledge of coordination of benefits rules and primary/secondary payer logic
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
