Payment Integrity Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team remotely, the full-time Manager, Payment Integrity will oversee payment integrity activities, manage recovery operations, and ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for payment integrity programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Hire, train, and develop staff involved in inventory management and recovery performance
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose actionable improvements for recovery effectiveness

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in health care operations, including 4 years in payment integrity or claims
• Minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects
• Ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships with various stakeholders
