Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence Analyst - Payment Integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leads, product managers, and data scientists to determine impactful work and scale the Payment Integrity program
Manage a team of BI Analysts and mentor their technical growth and communication
Leverage healthcare billing and claims processing knowledge to develop new payment integrity programs and define audit criteria

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing analysts
3+ years of experience in healthcare claims, audits, and payment integrity
5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL
5+ years of experience developing metrics and performing analytics
5+ years of experience with development in a BI tool (preferably Looker)
